What is said is understood.
What is sealed records the commitment.

Competitions with pricing held confidential until close, purchase orders sealed with a standard SHA-256 digital fingerprint, and a time-stamped fact trail open to review and audit for buyers and suppliers. The purchasing decision is yours — the platform documents.

Traditional sourcing costs both sides

WhatsApp threads and verbal agreements work for small orders. B2B deals need a record — before the lack of one costs you.

Buyer

You buy in volume — and lose time negotiating

  • Scattered bids on WhatsApp and email — no single comparison base
  • Unwritten terms — then disputes: “that was never agreed”
  • No formal record for audit or internal review
Supplier

You compete hard — and lose margin to leaks

  • Your price reaches competitors before close — or is used to pressure you
  • Unserious buyers request quotes with no commitment
  • Verbal agreement — and no document records what you agreed

One platform — from RFQ to sealed PO

Suplink does not replace your decision — it sets the rules: standardized terms, enforced confidentiality, and a fingerprinted document at every commitment. Commercial judgment and risk stay yours.

1

Buyer publishes the RFQ

Specs · quantities · terms — no ambiguity.

2

Suppliers bid in secret

Each supplier sees the RFQ — not others' prices.

3

You compare and award

Your tools, your call — accept the bid as submitted.

4

Competition confidentiality

Enforced in the database and verified through automated breach attempts — confidentiality as a system obligation, not a UI setting.

Neutrality is not for sale

No paid ranking. Subscriptions expand available tools; they do not purchase visibility or preference in search results.

A record you can rely on

RFQ · bid · award · PO · acknowledgment — each with its timestamp. A complete trail for review and audit without reconstructing events from email.

Sealed documentation report

One PDF of deal facts — for audit or legal — with verification via the verify page. Viewing the record is free; issuing the report uses points. Matching confirms issuance and the recorded fingerprint.

Before you start your first competition

Why not just use email and WhatsApp?

A contractual path needs clear terms, comparable bids, and a sealed order with a timed record. On Suplink you publish once, read prices on one ground, and close with a document ready for review.

Does the platform intervene in choosing the winning supplier?

Award is entirely your decision. The platform puts comparison tools and published facts in front of you — delivery history, valid certificates, and ratings after completed orders — to serve your team’s call.

What if a disagreement arises with the supplier?

Export the sealed deal file from the platform: your terms, their bid, acknowledgements, and the purchase order with its timed fingerprint — ready wherever you choose to resolve matters. The platform documents the facts and delivers the documents.

What is the SHA-256 fingerprint — and why does it matter?

A digital lock generated when the purchase order is issued. Any later change to the sealed order text changes the fingerprint on match — so the sealed copy remains a clear reference to what was committed on the platform.

What is the sealed report?

A document with an independent verification code; reviewers or auditors can match the code without a platform account. Viewing the record is free; issuing the report uses points.

Does the platform turn PDFs or images into priced line items?

No. Priced lines are structured data the buyer commits (manually or via the approved BOQ template). PDFs, images, and drawings are technical attachments for reference only — no OCR and no automated extraction into priced rows. Comparison is on the approved line matrix only.
