1. Proper use of services

The platform is built to manage tenders, bids, and sealed documents among registered organizations. Accounts are expected to be used for legitimate business purposes tied to these services, respecting bid confidentiality and the integrity of other organizations’ data.

2. Protecting the operating environment

To keep the service stable and accounts secure, uploading malware, attempting intrusion or disruption, reverse-engineering interfaces or audit engines, and unauthorized scraping are restricted. Breaches are handled under the Terms of Service and security procedures.

3. IP and license to use

The UI, software, and document templates (including the approved BOQ template) belong to the operator or its licensors. Users receive a limited license to use these tools for their business on the platform. Organization content remains the organization’s responsibility while granting rights needed for hosting, the documentary trail, and support.

4. Service readiness and maintenance

We aim to operate the platform with reasonable care, announce maintenance windows when practical, and respond to incidents through support channels. Maintenance schedules and performance improvements may evolve with the service; material updates for users are published when needed.

5. Updates and contact

We may update this policy with the version and date shown in the Policies Center. Operational or security questions: support@suplink.sa.
